Ecovia-Mexico Public Transport System

Ecovia is an integrated transport system with modern buses, type BRT or rapid transit buses serving the Monterrey metropolitan area. Its control and administration are entrusted to the Government of the State of Nuevo León. It is part of the Integrated Metropolitan Transport System

It has 30.1 km of two concrete lanes segregated from the rest of the road, exclusive for public transport, in which there are three overpasses to give continuity to the exclusive lanes, 41 air-conditioned stations, with information panels for users, 80 buses low floor to ensure universal accessibility, air conditioning, user information system and free Wi-Fi.

As part of this project we have supplied and installed all the required technologies and in particular we have:
Wired the stations with the LAN Ethernet network and the electrical network
Installed Access points to guarantee Wi-Fi in all stations
Supplied and installed information display, inside the stations and on the vehicles
Produced, supplied and installed turnstiles for access to stations
Produced, supplied and installed the validators in the stations
Control unit software supplied (TIPICo + information panel management software)
Provided the TVMs for the sale and recharge of smart cards.

The System has been in operation for 7 years, and we are continuing to provide support and evolutionary maintenance services.
